Offer System Rules & Regulations
Please read these terms carefully before making an offer.
Legally Binding Offers
When you submit an offer, you are making a legally binding commitment to purchase the property for the offered amount if the seller accepts. This is not a casual inquiry; it is a formal agreement to enter into a purchase contract.
Financial Capability
By making an offer, you confirm that you are financially capable of completing the purchase. This includes having the necessary funds for the deposit, transfer fees (DLD, Brokerage, etc.), and the full purchase amount.
Offer Validity Period
Your offer is irrevocable and remains valid for 24 hours. The seller has this time to accept, decline, or make a counter-offer. If no action is taken, your offer will expire automatically.
10% Deposit on Acceptance
If your offer is accepted by the seller, you are required to pay a 10% deposit of the offer amount within 24 hours to a secure, regulated escrow service. Failure to pay the deposit within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of the agreement and may lead to penalties.
Counter-Offers
If a seller makes a counter-offer, your original offer is void. You will have 12 hours to accept, decline, or make your own counter-offer. Each new offer and counter-offer restarts the negotiation process under these same terms.
Secure Escrow Service
All transactions, including the initial deposit and final payments, are handled through a licensed and regulated third-party escrow service to ensure the security and integrity of the funds for both buyer and seller.
